OLD BUSINESS:
Colin Brown handed out lollipops bought by Dale for everyone at the meeting.
Dale Van Camp handed out a sample budget from a prior 2009 show. Dale will produce a show
budget after the Rotating National show.  All members must hand in receipts for the budget.
Members will only be reimbursed for show purchases if they provide a receipt.  Dale has started
on a template for the show budget.
Both the SCCC show and the CCA show are 5 point majors. The SCCC show has 250 entries: 38
long coat dogs; 38 long coat bitches; 34 long coat specials;  19 long coat sweep entries;  21
smooth coat dogs; 32 smooth coat bitches; 26 smooth coat specials;  19 smooth coat sweep

All the show allotted hotel rooms are booked. If anyone needs a room contact Dale Van Camp.
Dale showed a sample bag that will be handed out to show entrants. Dale thanked the Crosses
for storing all the items. Everyone clapped. One bag will be given to each exhibitor. Extra tote
bags can be purchased for $1 each.
Doreen Blank is in charge of the show setup on Wednesday 27th.
Dale Van Camp handed out a show schedule and reviewed. Show times are tentative based on
the judge’s discretion. Contact Dale Van Camp for more information.
Contact Dale Van Camp for directions to the hotel if needed.
There will be a hospitality room at the hotel. Dale Van Camp handed out a snack sign-up sheet
for the hospitality room. Pam Campbell asked if we could provide our own coffee maker and
coffee for the hospitality room, instead of using the hotel’s coffee maker. This would cost $41 per
gallon. Kathy Smith said that the hotel would not allow us to provide our own coffee. Pam
disagreed. Dale Van Camp will investigate.
Doreen asked about signs. These will be setup.
Dale Van Camp handed out signup sheets for the committees. (Welcome table; cleanup potty
area; hospitality room helper; Sunday evening cleanup crew). Colleen Comber said that
members can still volunteer at the show even if they did not sign up with a committee. Non-
members can also volunteer.
The club is allowed to use the hospitality side room for storage at the show.  Wednesday 27th
before the show Paul Starjack will be laying out plastic in the ballroom and the ring will be setup.
The welcome table will be open. Anyone is welcome to volunteer to help on Wednesday.
Pam Campbell asked about the cost of using hotel’s audio equipment. Pam has equipment
available to use for free. Dale Van Camp will check to see if the club would be charged even if
they did not use hotel audio equipment.

NEW MEMBERS:
Pat Campbell read the second reading of Jeanna Lightfoot’s membership application. The
